Our client services are organized into five programs delivering assistance to our clients where the needs are greatest.
The Ever Growing Need
The economic environment our clients face is especially hard due to the cut backs on publicly funded services in Philadelphia. Additional pressure shifts to the private sector to substitute for the gap in funding. At The Blind Relief Fund, our partners are filling that gap with much needed donations of cash and gifts in kind and we can’t thank them enough.
